Elvenwoods Birchbark Rider (Toby): 18 ¾ inches tall, 45 lbs, bright copper with white markings, self-coloured nose (winter nose); very heavy coat (and now the “fuzzies” since he’s been neutered) – we call him “Mr Bark-A-Lot”, since that is how he greets people before going over to get his ears rubbed. His forte is Tracking – he absolutely loves it, has a wonderful nose, and he and Jim are preparing for his first test.
